Rise & Shine Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 C rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder (Ancient nutrition bone broth protein – coffee flavor)
  • 1 spoonful PB Fit chocolate peanut butter powder
  • 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Prep the night before, refrigerate, and enjoy! This is my go-to weekday breakfast when I don’t feel like cooking, but when I still want healthy fuel for the day ahead. I love the extra energy the Ancient Nutrition gives me with the organic espresso. As always, I’m a sucker for anything coffee, chocolate or peanut butter – this breakfast feels very indulgent while being pretty great for you! 😊
