About Lisa Frisby

Lisa has had a passion for health and wellness her entire life. As a young gymnast, she developed a love of fitness and sports. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Miami of Ohio, Lisa began her career in healthcare marketing. She practiced Yoga for many years, exploring the mind, body, and spirit connection she enjoys through her practice. Lisa received her 200-hour RYT certification following a 9- month training program at Mind, Body, and Core. Lisa has enjoyed the improved strength, balance, flexibility, and stress relief she enjoys as a result of Yoga. When not working with clients, Lisa also teaches the benefits of a plant-based diet and her conviction in food’s healing properties. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and mini goldendoodle, as well as traveling the world with family and friends.
