If you’re planning to run the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini Marathon, the Body One Running Club can help you improve your training and reach the starting line in good shape. Starting February 18, we will be meeting Saturdays at 7:45 a.m. for 8 a.m. runs at a variety of fun and challenging North Indy locations! This season you’ll enjoy scenic Zionsville near the Body One Zionsville location, as well as beautiful Eagle Creek, the bustling 96th Street Monon Trail, and more! Our running schedule is available in downloadable PDF below.

Dr. Gilreath has designed each route and mileage to be safe, challenging, and fun. This season runners will receive a training guide created by Dr. Gilreath, designed to help improve their running and reduce injury risk. The Body One Running Club will use the Strava app for training.

Annual fee is $35 and includes:

Payment can be made in person at the running club meet-up, via cash or check made out to Body One Physical Therapy.

  • Performance shirt (both men’s/women’s styles available)
  • Before/after run hydration
  • 12-week training plan
  • Exclusive emails and info
  • One free visit to the Body One Recovery Plus Recovery Zone
  • Exclusive email training packet designed by Dr. Gilreath
  • Access to free injury screening throughout training
  • Participate in the 500 Festival fun Miler Series as part of our training!
