PTA Zoe Pentecost received a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Indianapolis in 2023 and completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree program at UIndy in 2025. Zoe was a competitive collegiate athlete and two-time Division II track and field champion. After her own sports injuries and physical therapy journey, she developed a passion for PT and helping people heal. Zoe appreciated the physical therapists who helped her return to doing what she loves; she wants to be that PTA for others! Whether her patients want to play competitive sports, garden, or stay active with their families, Zoe wants to help them reach their goals. She has experience treating transfemoral and transtibial amputees and is passionate about helping older adults exercise and increasing their power output to improve longevity and quality of life, return to sport athletes, and treating neck, shoulder, and knee conditions. When not helping patients at Body One, Zoe exercises, spends time with family, and practices playing guitar.
