Education

Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy

Doctor of Manual Therapy

Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists

Dr. Rebecca Catlin is Residency and Fellowship trained in manual physical therapy. She has also instructed and developed curriculum for post-doctoral continuing education in manual therapies and exercise, both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Catlin has treated a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions during her career and really enjoys “connecting the dots” to design a specific program to improve how patients’ bodies move and function. She has a special focus on treating athletic patients, spine, TMD, shoulders, elbows, rock climbers/alpine sports athletes, whiplash-associated disorders, and more.

She intentionally sought out a practice focused on one-on-one care; Rebecca practices with intention and precision and wants her time with patients to be unrushed and built around patient goals. Dr. Catlin reviews the patient’s entire system: functional movement patterns, strength, flexibility, joint mobility, connective tissue mobility, conditioning, recovery, and how life and training interact. She ensures that if patients want their bodies to keep up with their ambition, that they’re in the right place.

When not helping patients at Body One reach their full potential, Dr. Catlin enjoys mountaineering and rock climbing!
