Dr. Ryan Tapp received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University in 2016, majoring in Biochemistry. He began completing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy the following fall at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. During his first summer of PT school, he completed his Specialty Certification in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. During his completion of PT school at Belmont, Ryan studied the relationship between range of motion of the hip and driving distance in PGA Tour Golfers.
In addition to the CSCS, Ryan has worked to complete his Certification in Dry Needling and he is an Emergency Medical Responder through the Red Cross. He has aspirations of becoming a Sports Certified Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in the future.
He currently works with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries, with particular interest in the athletes and return-to-sport cases. Ryan also has an interest in patients with Vestibular Dysfunction. He loves spending time with patients as well as designing individualized treatment plans in order to best serve their particular needs.
He is currently treating patients at our Fishers Location. Outside of the clinic, Ryan loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and two children, play recreational sports, and is an active member in his church and community.
