Marinated Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 34 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 dash pepper
  1. Slice the cucumber very thinly and sprinkle with salt, let stand for an hour.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl, stir, chill.
  3. Add cucumbers, cover and marinate in fridge over night.
  4. Store uneaten cucumbers covered in brine in fridge.
