Mike Ploski is a 1988 graduate of the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy. Prior to completing his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, he graduated from Temple University with a Master of Education in Exercise Physiology. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Wabash College. Mike is recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. He is also a certified and licensed athletic trainer.

Mike traveled with the PGA Tour for 6 years as part of their onsite medical staff, and worked coordinating physical therapy and chiropractic care on the Tour for another 5. He also traveled with the CART racing league for 1 season. Prior to joining Body One, he was a clinic director for a national physical therapy corporation for 12 years.

Mike is currently treating patients at the North Meridian location. He is trained in Dry Needling, and is certified in Graston Technique®, a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. As one of the original GT providers, one of the original GT instructors, and the Clinical Advisor for Graston Technique, he is respected internationally as a leading authority on instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. With his extensive experience in manual therapy, Mike specializes in soft-tissue dysfunction associated with orthopaedic injuries.

In his free time, Mike enjoys exercise, golf, and world travel.
