Bow Tie Chicken Pasta Salad

Here is a recipe Todd Rech, MPT, PT‘s wife makes often. Very good!

  • 4 cups torn fresh spinach
  • 4 cups cooked bow tie pasta
  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cups green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh snow peas
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 3 green onions

Combine dressing and mix with above ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 2 T. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. finely chopped onion
