Easy 30 Minute Korean Lettuce Wraps

This recipe is amazing –  it’s fast, easy and the flavor is out of this world. The beauty of this recipe is that you can use whatever meat or veggies you have on hand. The rockstar of this meal is Gochujang – a sweet, savory, and mildly spicy paste that you are going to looooove.

Saute on medium heat:
1 lb ground turkey, extra lean
1 C diced zucchini
1 C diced sweet onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1 t ground/fresh ginger
2T lite soy sauce
2t Worstershire sauce
Gochujang sauce to taste

Let mixture cool slightly and serve on romaine hearts. If you’re wanting a few more carbs with this meal, simply serve on brown rice or whole wheat wraps. Top with sliced peppers, chopped peanuts and cilantro if you’re feeling fancy. I added a little drizzle of Gochujang because it’s delicious! Enjoy! 🙂
